That's a good setup! I'm going to be running a 3.8L taurus E-Fan setup using a relay

I used a 3.8l mustang fan cut to fit my fan shroud, i plan on using a relay, but for now it's on a switch

Yeah i was gonna do that when mine crapped out

Id put a relay in the circuit, seems like that fan will pull more power then that switch can handle... safely

my only comment is with the zipties it has ALOT of forward and back movement, doesn't that allow it to bounce around into the radiator? it has ALOT of wiggle room to move, just curious???

I made sure they were all really tight. I've been running this for 2 years. Not 1 has broken, even at 125mph. BUT!!! That being said if you have the money do use something better do that. Ive had the money to do a legit setup. Buuuuuut since it's worked this long.......well if it ain't broke 🤷🏽‍♂️

in a ranger i dont think the mpg are great but in my 97 taurus, same engine, i get over 30 mpgs highway mid 20s city, it depends a lot in how you treat the gas pedal

What water pump is that? Did you change the original?

The Vulcan on auto zone the 2 options I see is electric and serpentine. I'm assuming the serpentine is the one we need? & also a friends father of mine own a junk yard. So if it's anything you need for your truck I can get it. I did all of the swaps you mentioned for free

How did you do 130..i thought they governed at around 97 to shut off...atleast mine does

You can mechanically remove the speed limiter in 95 and older rangers
