Man the knowledge you have setting up the rear end correctly is insane. Not too many can do this kind of setup anymore so Thank you for putting this out there for everyone to learn from.

Great work. There might not be much of a return on doing KZread videos, but please don't stop educating me and others. Your logic and reasoning of how you do things is air tight!! Really great. If I were a customer, and my mechanic handed me a DVD of him performing the work and hearing his actual reasoning for his conclusions, rest assured that will be my mechanic for life. !!

Hi Will. Thank you for sharing your works with all. I just last night came across your channel and this 3 part video series. I myself have been turning wrenches for forty some years but never have gotten into working on differential rears. After watching, listening and learning from you it might not be too late for me to encounter a repair/ rebuild of one. You made a subscriber of me thank you very much. Much love and success to you and your trusty sidekick there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us all this knowledge on the differential set up. Have for years often wondered why everyone I talked to told me these needed to be set up by a knowledgeable person. Not only are you a mechanic but, a machinist.

As others have commented, you've helped me understand what is involved. There's a skill, toolset and experience level that's been shown that directs me well away from doing this myself. Well worth watching all 3 videos.

This has been the most informative rear end rebuild video I've seen. Now he's ready to pull more stumps ;)

Will, it is so nice to see a man take pride in his work. I am a finish carpenter and see hacks all the time. I really do all my own car repairs strictly cause I know they are not going to take the time to do it 100% the best they could...great job Will and I'm so glad you have a new shop, you and your wife deserve it!!!

Nothing like a successful surgery, thanks Will for taking the time to teach. There are no shortcuts to this process as you demonstrated. I also love that you find ways of getting the job done through innovation. We all cannot afford to purchase expensive factory tools, so we make our own. Well done sir.

Thank you so much for all the video. I will never make this repair myself but it shows me the work that goes into a repair like this and why it cost so much to fix. Damn you are a very patient man. I never seen the inside of a truck rear end. Excellent.

That was a great video on setting up the ring & pinion. I can see that you're very passionate about your work, going the extra mile to get it done right and not settling for less. I love how you took your time explaining the details. I've been working on vehicles since I was 12 years old (I'm 60 now) and could understand what you were doing every step of the way. If I lived in upstate New York I would definitely want you to work on my truck if it had a problem. In fact My 2001 F150 4WD has 160,000 miles on it and my pinion gear is getting a tad sloppy (no noise yet). Thanks again Will for a great video. This is definitely a saver.
