Can you explain to us how to change the new Taurus battery, models 22 and 23?
Do you need to reset any module after battery replacement? I was told that your computer adjusts voltage as a battery dies slowly and if you don't reset it, the new battery might over charge and die very quickly

Hi - Thanks for watching! What you have been told is correct for some vehicles, but the information we currently have as of this writing your Ford Explorer does not require the reset as the vehicle’s battery management system will take care of that automatically. We do, however, suggest that you check with the vehicle owner’s manual or a service/repair manual for the vehicle to be sure.
does it matter the CC amps? The Ford dealer told me that there were two for my 2019, a 650 and an 850, so naturally I went for the 850.

Thanks for watching. The OEM specification for a 2011-2019 Ford Explorer is either a 540 CCA or 650 CCA depending what model Explorer you have. Different retailers and dealers may have different option CCA batteries for the model.
