19:35 actually, I saw in one video how they dismantle it and then you can take out the mesh. the question is whether it will hold well after this procedure. Due to this problem, I have an additional oil pressure sensor, not just a switch that says you have (some) or don't have oil pressure. Also pump have two modes most of time engine have 2 bar oil pressure and under load can get up to around 4 bar. Orginal pressure switch gives you a notification when pressure drop below 0.25bar but when oil pump is only partially blocked by pieces of the belt the pressure is reduced, but not so low that the switch detected it. And here we go oil starvation and engine after some time used in this condition is busted. I think typical owner do not know this until engine break up completely, when we get symptoms it's probably too late

Some good pointers Mark certainly with the oil filter back up to the engine, it's more of peace of mind for you knowing it's been cleaned definitely a poor design. Your managing to complete other jobs whilst waiting for locking key to change cambelt & water pump a bit of advice use crectine to mark up with its what typists use on letters when they make a mistake small bottle with an application brush.. Excellent video 😊😊

Another thing I’ve seen on KZread is a cover that sealed a waterway with an O ring , on early versions the O ring can burst up like a breather hole and that’s why they lost coolant and overheat failure got them the ecoboom name, apparently that breather hole needs bunging up with a sealant to stop it occurring, allegedly the Ford mod, I don’t know enough about that but saw the video on KZread where a mechanic stripped all the same off that you’ve done 😮

This should make this car more valuable than a non cat car. As you said, if you buy a car even if someone has said this expensive job has been done, without evidence of a bill from a ford dealer, you would never know. They can look at this video as proof. In my book, this makes this a valuable car.

Lots of questionable design decisions. When you get the crank bolt off, you will notice there isn's a keyway for the sproket. How much would a timing chain, keyways of the crank and cam sprokets, and a front engine mount that bolts to the block cost?
