Cant believe you are not replacing the rear panel all the strength is out of it the rear panel needs to be replaced it would have been if my employer had taken on the car, these cars all rely on the structure deforming in an accident as per the way the engineer's and designers designed it to allow for time for the seatbelts and airbags to fire at a known rate if the rear is weaker then it will not bend at the designed rate and may even prevent the safety restraint systems from firing risking the lives of anyone in the car.
It's better than what it was
Omg stop dont touch any other panels mark
How did you fix original fault with this car the p0014 cam issue after you engine flushed was it all ok ?i have the same problem and im desperately trying to fix it any help would be appreciated
@@laylathesanriolover hi mate when I had this one in I did do the timing chain and some other work can’t remember all it was a year ago but the light hasn’t come back on so not sure what fixed it 👍👍
Leave the painting to those that know how.
Just paint😊👍🏿🍻 the car one colour
I thought you bought spraygun and compressor a while back. Wouldn't that have given a better finish than rattle cans?
@@franklove9897 hi mate yeah I did but I’m not set up to do my own spraying 👍👍
Yet another top video great progress on the car so far thanks for sharing 👍👍
I think it's OK mark

The final wrecks too riches car.I guess the issue didn't come back so start again
I bought a I20 1.4 diesel in 2010 new, great little car but I did have new discs & pads on the front x 2 both sets replaced under warranty . No other trouble at all

Good service and good repairs.Always as methodical.
Top job as always thanks for sharing 👍👍
Goes to show, that once you have a good reputation people just keep coming back. 👍
Coming along nicely. I thought you might paint the wheels black before putting on the wheel trim. Also you said you were going to lacquer those headlights. They came out great
Fiesta one a lot different , couldnt understand why when the video starts its a fiesta , the turns into a focus now i know , fiesta is a ballache
Hi Mark, have you done anything about the holes you cut?
Maybe you can weld bits from you're pulling kit on the outside of the panel to pull it out with your hand winch tool?
I'm sure if you get the heat gun on that Mark, you'll be able to get it into position.
Hello Mark, great job on the Peugeot,it looks so much better,as well the headlights with a buff up.have a top weekend.
Shorts. Let them legs see the air.. 😅 black shirt 👕 don't help also .. I live in short march to Nov.
@@andrewcreaser4186 hi mate yeah I see what you mean 👍👍
Getting there Mark..
It looks a clean car
Nice one Mark take a break and have a few beers
Been a good week of content, with this vehicle l would remove all the back again and spray it like you previously mentioned it’s not like you to leave a job as best as you can get it l just feel it’s not up to your high standard, however l do except the cost implications and you still have a couple of weeks till log book turns up
Good going Mark, and have a nice weekend too
I'm sure that there is a possibility you will get this process done unbeatable you are😊
Great progress on the car so far top job thanks for sharing 👍👍
Not better to replace the rear crash bar rather than bend
@@Mr_DATA828 hi mate I did change the crash bar I pulled the bent one out because it helped with the end plates
Your pretty handy using the fork lift mark, sainsburys in benfleet are looking for enthusiastic operators lol 😂😂
NAIL they've asking me to high stack this pallets of apples upon each other but let's do this haha 😅
Great job , don't brake your leg at sports day
Well done Mark. See you in the next one. 👍👍
Use your spot welder tabs on the outside panel and gently pull with the forklift again.
You can use different assortment of pry bars on the inside through the holes to support and put pressure on the low areas while hitting with a hammer on the front side on the peaks. Use a wood blocks and hit them with a hammer not to scratch the paint. You can also use the stud welder to make it perfect , but then you must prime and paint. Weld a stud , and grab it with a vise grips , and modify the vise grips by welding a hook on the vise grip handle, then you can use the come-along and the forklift to pull while hammering on the high spots. Check the progress with a straightedge.
@@petar443 thanks mate appreciate the info 👍👍
