Hello Frederick. When we visited the property we were told it was $120, which I felt was too high considering the exterior condition of some of the buildings, as well as some of the properties common areas looked different than the posted video showed. We were also told that we would be responsible for the exterior portion of the unit we were interested in, if we were to purchase it. Although I do believe the community has great potential, the pricing point and associated HOA fees aren't justified for me.

Beautiful condo and area. Are there any single family homes available in the area?
