Beautiful property, the house es very nice,l would replace ceramic floor for a wood one.

I wouldn't trust leaving the place for a long time. It is beautiful and likely a target for thieves, even if you are home.

twoweary, you are correct. They built it and then circumstances required they move back to the US before moving in. It has since been sold.

No. Obtaining a gun license here is very difficult, expensive and discouraged by the government. You are also not allowed to bring a gun into the country.
