It struck me immediately that Leah and Sarita were very close as friends. My only concern is where was Louie the Pug at the end?

You can actually buy wardrobes. That what we do in the UK. Victorian houses didnt have closets in bedrooms, and people didnt own many clothes. Love the show and binge-watching my new discovery 🤩😁🇬🇧

I'm surprised that renters would want real hardwood floors! Laminate wood, would be so much better! You can mop laminate floors but hardwood, has to be cared for. In a special way! What a fantastic show! 🏆🏆🏆

I wish she was able to find a lovely place for my family. We aren’t picky :)) but if I could choose I would love three rooms, laundry in the our place, house for rent or town house or flat or duplex or any sort of plex. Final choice would be regular aparment with shared W/D. But at the end of the day??? Anything is amazing we are thankful for ANY weather it’s 2 or 3 rooms! Weather it’s private or shared laundry. Weather it’s apartment complex , or one building apartment , or townhouse , or flat, basement aparment , or a # W/e Plex. Or a house. Grateful either Way. I wish so wish

Sarita saying "Tiny!" all the time is hysterical, but leads me to believe she may not date much 😔

When roommates are faced with the situation in the second apartment where one bedroom is much larger than the other, the best thing to do is to have the occupant of the larger bedroom pay more rent. Instead of dividing the rent equally, one person pays $50 or $75 more than the other. At $1250/month Tenant A pays $600 and Tenant B pays $650. In this case the woman who is away half the month should probably take the smaller bedroom.

$1390 plus utilities would be over their budget

I’m so happy you bought it up about their budget!! every client that Jodi work with saying I have to be within my budget yet as Jodi showing her clients the option of the apartment that they like which BTW are beautiful but their goal is to stay within their budget & if Jodi are telling her clients the prices of the apartment are expensive & a lot of those prices doesn’t come cheap & other prices are barely a steal that are under their budget yet choosing the expensive..apartment that is out of their price range. I’m thinking 🤔 most of Jodi clients doesn’t believe in saving money that doesn’t choose the inexpensive apartment that she shows them.

I'm surprised that hardwood floors would be on their wishlist, especially with a dog...I would have thought either good quality laminate or even better, luxury vinyl plank that would not scratch from the doggie's nails. Some landlords would not want tenants to have pets running on their hardwood floor.

I have never seen luxury vinyl in a standard rental. Beat up old hardwood is way more common.

I never heard of a Landlord wanting a passport Numbers this must be in the states. Here in Ontario, Canada landlords want income statements, pass landlord references sometimes a police check,

I've never heard of it in the states and I've moved all over the US (and rented a lot). I've only ever given a driver's license.

I rent in the states and have never, ever been asked for my passport. Which is a good thing because I don't have one, lol.

This was in Toronto. I've worked as a Leasing Agent and although we didn't ask for passports specifically, we did ask for indentification. It is possible these girls didn't have driver's licenses (living in TO and not needing a car) and the only proof of ID was passports so that's what the landlord stated they should bring.

In AZ in the states you can get an ID only card from the DMV for those who don't drive or can't get a license, not everyone has a passport.
