This is one song that just makes me tear up, we have nothing worthy of bringing to the King of the universe, but coming to Him just as we are is all He wants. I’ve struggled with self worth all my life and this song speaks to me more than ever. Glory and Honor and Praise be to God.

It took me a while but I finally understood the different parts of the video. The references to Burn the Ships, Amen(the salt flat), and Pioneers(the hills) all show that everything they have done is to honor God. They use their talents like the little drummer boy to honor their King.

I’m a little behind the times. I grew up with mercyme and skillet. I recently heard about this duo. Now they’re tied with mercyme with my favorite Christian group. Awesome songs. My mom recently got in a scooter accident. 14 injuries. That happened in March. Now she’s back at the gym doing shoulder exercises and doing so much better. God only knows kept her going. And prayers from my friends and family. God brought her back to me. The people at the hospital told me that they almost lost her twice. Now she’s a lot better. Still a ways to go but she’s still alive thanks to God

may god bless your wife, but most important is that you stay on her side. When i was a teenager i got cancer as well and i was supported by my parents. I have been in the lucky situation to payback all the love they gave me in, by supporting them and gave all the love i had while attending their journey to eternity. the most important thing, mankind can give to each other is love and guidance. god bless you.

FYI, I have never watched this video until today- i’ve always listened to the live version, so while the video is amazing it isn’t what I’m referring to. This went from one of my least favorite Christmas songs, to one of my most favorite. You’ve given the song new life and helped me to see what it’s really about- then again getting older does that too. I always get choked up thinking about how we all have something we can give to the Lord- it may not be worth much but he is pleased with what we do give him. I may not think much of what I offer, but if I do my best he won’t just accept it- he will treasure it. Jesus doesn’t look at what we are or how much we have, but to see our hearts turned towards him is his true desire. He smiles at those whom have a sincere heart and hope to please him. God Bless.

I love how King & Country do this song. I watch this video more than once during the year! It brought me closest to the meaning of Christmas.

After having a couple really rough and stressful days at work I found this song on Facebook and I quote in my own words "I am a firm and hardy believer that God brings the songs to cheer us up and make all things seem like a mere drop of rain come flooding over us to help us through our toughest and most challenging days." Finding this was perfect and well timed by God as always.

...the best representation of the Nativity...a long musical march to give a precious gift to Holy Baby...

To me this a masterpiece, the end just got me to tears just to imagine my Jesus being a baby and then be on the cross gave his live for each one of us. Thank you Jesús for love and mercy even though we don't deserves.

And I don't remember where it's found but another scripture says All who call on the name of the LORD will be saved.

@@kevinbrown876In the bible god says the only way to heaven is through the father (god) therefore to get there, we must love and have a strong relationship with the lord and have a desire to get to know him more. We must follow his ways and put our faith into practice. We must love one another and forgive others just as christ forgave us. If we do this we will be with him. As u begin to love him more you will feel joy in your heart. That doesnt mean we wont have troubles, it means we know that he is always with us. 😊

Many years ago. Years before WW1 a young boy, barely a teenager set out to join the English army. He had in is mind that if he were to become a drummer boy for the solders he could help his newly widowed mother and siblings financially. Despite his obvious youth the army in need of bodies took him as a solder. His family had to buy his way out of the army. His mother to poor to do so herself had to seek money from relatives in Canada. The boy was then sent to work for these relatives to pay off the debt. He was treated as a slave to be blunt. He grew up, build a family. Went on to serve in two world wars. Swore to never set foot in England again and he never did outside of war. The Carol "little Drummer Boy" would always take him back to a place that he missed and when it played on the radio everyone in the house knew to be silent and allow him his time. This carol lived deeply in the heart of my grandfather until the moment he died. It now resides in mine. Your video of this song is the world to me.

Bravo!!!!!!! I watched this with my patient this morning and we got “caught up” with the video! The (beautiful) kid, the bigger drum, the harmony, the ship burning then the manger!?!? 👏🏻 👏🏻 AMAZING!!!!! 👏🏻 👏🏻 I take this song as ‘walking thru life and all it’s troubles we want to turn around or stay stagnant! (When kid turns back and looks for ‘approval’) we seek his approval and then we lay it all down at his feet!!!! I find myself crying as I write this! Very well done all the way around!!!!! 👏🏻 👏🏻 I can not tell you how amazing this was! Amazing only scratches the surface!!!!!! 👏🏻 ❤️ 👏🏻

Thank you God, for the little boy you sent to us! For He too walked many miles to bring the world to You. It's beautiful. The child is perfect. Mary and Joseph are missing. Yes, it's all about Him. And He honoured His parents as per the commandment. We should also honour the Holy family

My favorite part of the song!! The absolute best part, “I played my best for Him, then He smiled at me”. Gets me every single time!! All Jesus asks of us is to give Him our best, not someone else’s best, but ours.

when I was about 12 weeks pregnant I was listing to this song (not this version, just heard this on the radio today lol) and I really listen to the lyrics and just cried because it was absolutely cute thinking of how scared the little drummer boy was and felt that what he offered wasn't enough for Jesus but did his best and it was more than enough!

My dad loved this song so much. He passed away shortly after it came out and this song reminds me of the last christmas with him. It gives me all the feels and makes me cry every time, but I love it so much!❤❤

I met this group on the plane trip back from Phoenix in 2019. I had just visited my first born grandchild who had miraculously survived meningitis. Seven years earlier I had unexpectedly lost my husband of 27 years. I asked Luke what group they were with. When I googled them, come to find out they were the ones who were singing the song that I heard playing at work that hit home with me --- "God Only Knows". So inspiritional!!! Thanks guys!!!!

My father passed in covid. His faith was like the drummer boy, he was ackward, he kept his faith. I have fought antisemeticism to clarity and felt like him walking next to me.

I think its standing up for whats right. The war uniforms, the government building, the fence, honoring God by doing what's right!

I got choked up at the end. You guys have a way of coming in so powerfully with the instruments and voices lifting up to the Lord. I can't wait to hear what music will sound like in Heaven. Good job guys. It's great! GLORY TO GOD!

Luke's voice is crazy high! And Joel's lower voice to settle it! It's amazing! And the reference to Burn The Ships halfway through the video is so good!

Praise the Lord He is the mighty King and someday every need will bow to this glorious King Jesus.
