    It is very easy to tell overweight people not to eat at night when that is exactly what leptin resistance does to you. It is extremely difficult not to eat in the evening when you have a lack of leptin sensitivity

    Take olive leaf extract and coq10 . magnesium...walking. Meditation..limit stress...have fun . socialize...Drink water...sleep 7 hours..no sugar..no alcohol..lol...water fasting ..

    1) How long before or after consuming milk should we wait to have coffee in order to avoid negating the polyphenols? 2) Does consuming milk interfere with other polyphenols such as Gundry MD Power Phenols, olive leaf extract, Pycnogenol supplement etc. I have been taking these with A2 milk.

    Here's a catch 22 I'm trying to work around. Have compressed my eating cycle, cut out sugar, simple carbs, seed oils and snacks between meals. But, I have always had a higher metabolic rate than the average person (actually been tested). I'm now having issues with nocturnal hypoglycemia because of my metabolic rate. So . . . .?? Haven't been able to find anything dealing with this issue. I used to snack all the time because of my metabolism, but that created insulin resistance. Have reversed much of that thankfully. But it's becoming harder to get good sleep at night as I wake up between 2-3 am and have difficulty going back to sleep, and then have fitful sleep after that. Have protein, fats and vegetables at dinner, but no food prior 3 hours prior to going to sleep results in me waking up. And this is NOT helping my blood pressure.

    My daughter had the same. Dr told her to take a teaspoon of olive oil before bed. It Worked! Doesn’t raise your insulin.

    I don't put milk in my coffee, but I do put collagen protein....does that bind to the polyphenols in coffee?

    well... im already on lower end of normal weight, I dont drink alcohol, i walk at least 1h a day, i eat low carb, organic, grass feed,, nothing processed or made with seed oils. i have omega3 and olive oil every day, try to get at least 8h of sleep. what am i missing to lower my blood pressure?

    Are you eating mostly plants and when you eat animal flesh eat it like it’s a condiment to your meal ? That’s what works for most ppl. Along with little to to no red meats even grass fed.

    There is a Mayo Clinic study that saw a strong correlation between low estrogen levels in women and higher blood pressure. The veins/ arteries get narrower with low estrogen.

    Stress can raise blood pressure....have you had your Cortisol Levels tested? You can try breathing techniques and meditation to lower your stress.

    1. Losing 50 lbs did nothing for lowering my blood pressure. 2. Shortening my eating window did nothing to lower my blood pressure. 3. 3 hrs fasting before sleeping does not help. 4. Dropped my alcohol consumption to zero did nothing to lower my blood pressure. 5. Going keto did nothing to lower my blood pressure. 6. Taking Losartan and Metroprol did nothing, and Metroprol lowered my heart rate but not my blood pressure and gave me chest pain so I ditched that drug asap! I am starting to figure out that my blood pressure is high due to hardening of the arteries. Until my arteries are cleared of calcification, my blood pressure will not get lower. Have just switched to a WFPB diet with supplementation of vitamin D3 K2, Nattokinase, daily drink with ACV, garlic, cayenne etc. I suggest watching the motivational doc channel with dr mandell if your hbp is not going down no matter what you try. I’m also going to get a CAC test.

    There are two categoris: Primary: High blood pressure that is not related to another medical condition. Secondary: Another medical condition that causes high blood pressure, usually occurring in the kidneys, arteries, heart, or endocrine system. Examples include: Sleep problems like sleep apnea. Did you check what is the trigger for Hpertension in your case? You need to find that and address that. The Primary version which is the highest cause of hypertension would help with what you listed, so please check to rule out Secondory factors

    I got a high blood pressure.. I can´t see there are any benefits for me loosing weight, I am 71 kg and 183 cm heigh.

    Here's a riddle for you... I weighed 346 pounds. My doctor said i was healthy except for my weight and also i tested positive for Candida. I was put on a very restricted diet. No.. sugars, fermented foods, fruits starches or carbs unless green veggies. Nothing that could feed the candida. I ate NO processed foods of any kind. After this, I lost 82 pounds and i am now a diabetic (A1c was 9)with high blood pressure and my ferritin count is through the roof. I was told this will all go away i just need to get more weight off. Another 20-30 pounds should take care of this. I have lost another 30 pounds and there are no changes. Question: Now What??

    At: 2:23. Does Dr. Gundry have osteorthritis? Look at right hand (left of video). Pinky finger is bent. Reason I ask: I am exploring inflammatory foods and diets. It is my understanding that diet that is good for the gut also reduces inflammation....which allows us to prevent arthritis. So far, love all the books of Dr. Gundry. Do programs just slow arthritis down? Cause, I'd like to prevent it all together. Audience...if you have or had arthritis....what is your experience with this program in reducing or eliminating it? Cause I'd kinda hope that the expert would not have problems with it.

    i love my French black coffee but *Green !?* i learned something new. not into instant, will have a Folgers though when host has nothing better. I Like You Doc, had a beef with you regarding tomatoes, beans, peanuts but you proved your point. i still eat them, love growing them in my garden a ripe tomato off the vine to eat just like that
