🚗这是一个说走就走的旅程。一个人驱车,不经意地来到了督亚冷 ,完全没有做任何事前准备,很随性地走走看看。在艳阳底下,眼睛眯得睁不开。走着走着,来到一家水果店。我被它那五颜六色、各种各样的水果吸引了!这里不只是卖水果,也卖罗惹rojak,各种水果汁,以及冰品甜点。其中,文头浪是当地著名美食之一。
🥤文头浪, 又称文头雪, 怡保人称之为晕头浪, 类似果冻块的叫文头冻。文头冻源自薛荔果, 薜荔在不同的地方有不同的叫法。例如:鬼馒头、凉粉子、乒乓果、凉粉果、木莲等等。薜荔在很多地方的野外都有生长,它的籽可以做成文头果冻和凉粉。
🧋文头冻,看起来浅黄色的凝胶块,吃起来有韧性Q弹,淡淡的香气,淋上桔子汁或柠檬汁,倒入一些糖浆,喜欢吃酸酸甜甜的你一定会爱上它,口感就像我们吃的台湾爱玉冰,看似简朴却令人回味。据说,文头雪除了能消暑解渴,也有排毒和保健作用。
店主招学文经营了这家店已有数十年!此店的祖传文头浪制作方法,是采用中国出产的文头浪原材料,再掺一些香蕉细心研制而成。

🥤Ice jelly, also known as 文头雪 (wén tóu xuě) in Chinese, is made from the gel extracted from the seeds of Ficus pumila, commonly known as creeping fig. When combined with water and rubbed, the fig seeds produce a yellowish gel. This gel is then set after being placed in a refrigerator.
🔎It is a popular dessert found in Taiwan and other East Asian countries. In Cantonese, it is referred to as 文头浪 (man tou long). The texture is similar to the Taiwanese dessert "Aiyu Jelly," which is chewy and gel-like.
🧋Jelly by itself is tasteless as it mostly consists of water. That is why the dessert is usually served with syrup and lime to give it a sweet and citrusy flavour.
