Just a note, I prefer spray-rinsing dishes as opposed to dunking them in water. The reason being, repetitive dunking often results in a dirty rinse sink.. Which affects the cleanliness of the dishes you're washing.

I guarantee you, almost no one in the entire US follows this guide.
