Ik them all😅 additional tips: -Need to peel 1 garlic? Press it with your knife's side. -Keep your coriander with the base dipped in a glass of water -To cook rice, Basmati is best, buy it if you are stuck on what to buy. When cooking, the ratio should be 1:2 with water anywhere above 1.5 times working. Also, add cardamom to it while cooking and remove it to make it fragrant. -Sharp knives save lives. -Never heat your knife or start "sharpening" it using random edges or stuff. Invest in a proper knife sharpener. -Cutting fast doesn't mean better cooking. But it means extremely faster cooking. Practice. A lot with dicing, slicing, and chopping things like onions, corianders, etc.

The garlic hack also works wonders when peeling hard boiled eggs. Put the eggs in a bowl with a couple tablespoons of water. Keep the eggs to a single layer, and make sure there's room for them to hit one another as you're shaking them. Place the lid on, and hold it on tightly while shaking the bowl side-to-side for about 10 seconds. If the eggs don't literally slide right out of the shells, repeat the process. Soooo much easier and quicker when you're making deviled eggs or egg salad!

actual pepper ‘hack’ i use as a disabled person with only one usable hand and an essential tremor: •chop the top off (you get to snack on the little nubs around the stem!) •run your knife around the inside to sever the middle where all the seeds live •fill it with water in the sink and dump it out a few times just turning it over without rinsing it out like that won’t get rid of even half the seeds. the pepper is a little moist; they cling to the inside of the pepper. i have a hard time even picking them all out with my hand. rinsing it out actually removes them-just make sure you have your little mesh over the drain so the seeds don’t go down. :)

Hate to inform you, but the seeds DO contain a large portion of the spice, it does make cooking with Chili's less hot to remove said seeds. There's a reason chili seeds are used as a topping on certain dishes to add heat without changing the flavor too much. So when deveining, don't miss any seeds.
