In the movie I Walk the Line Joaquin Phoenix did his own singing and he sounded and acted just like Johnny Cash, Roy Clark does an excellent Imitation of Johnny Cash. This guy was great

You should really watch the movie. It's among the very few movies I bothered to get on DVD because it's just that good and I watch it at least once a year. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

First time I came across this video, every hair on my body stood straight up when he began to sing. It's eerie.

OMG "I....there it WAS ! Johnny's voice !! Grew up on this music ., my dad, aunt, uncles. Coal Mining , immigrants, military. Oh Lord ! That voice !! 63 here, you think once certain voices are gone, well gone. Not so !! I see Johnny Cash looking out of his grandson's eyes . His grandpa is still with us deep in this young man's soul. Thanks for sharing the music.

My grandma is how I first heard of Johnny Cash. I never understood why she liked country until I found out much later what real Country music is.

You get that same look in your eyes as your grandpa had. The legend lives on.

I loved hearing this. The sound is uncanny and like no others. I would love to see play somewhere, I grew up listening to his grandfather and at 51 yall are amazing.

My grandfathers favorite artist of all time was Johnny Cash. He even met him a few times. The last time he did was in 2001. He always played his music for me when I was growing up. My grandpa passed away in February 2010 at 65 of cancer when I was 11 years old. Every time I think of him I’ll play some of Johnnys music. When I first heard this version on Instagram a couple days ago I got chills. Your grandpas music will live on forever.

She and her girlfriend sat in her car waiting for Elvis to leave....your grandfather walked up to her car....was so kind to her....gave her an autograph and shook her hand.....i have the concert flyer framed....and hangs in my house .....you are amazing!
