I understand your reluctance to get on the bus and continue following him, but by not doing so, you haven’t proved anything. He could claim to be living in a tent in Sefton Park and although that’s very doubtful, especially with three dogs, it’s not impossible. But he could be meeting his mates in the pub to share their grift money. Like you, I’m as mad as hell about such scammers, as they’re taking advantage of peoples good nature and also preventing genuine homeless people from getting assistance. So he and his buddies should be exposed. Sadly, most people will now assume that all homeless people are scammers, and refuse to help them. We should not allow such scammers to harden our hearts.

If they were more honest , and said i cant work , dont want to work , im begging for spare cash to fund my lifestyle , supplement my lifestyle , then i can choose to not contribute , but to muddy the waters , and look , act homeless , say your homeless is pure deception , reprehensible and detracts from needy homeless people .

The couple that lived across the road from me for years use to do this Manchester.. I couldn't believe my eyes😂 thry were characters. Thry did have a drug problem but they never bothered anyone..this is not right though and it makes me very suspicious.. bloody hell😂

You should have got on the bus and followed him back to his house. I was in Newcastle recently and was astounded by the amount of street beggars in the city centre. I don't see any reason why there should be so many homeless people there. I personally think that most of the Streetly beggars you see in the UK are fake homeless

Yeah , spot on .I used to live Smithdiwn Road area it's gone right down the shitter with all these types of &&&& ruining what used to be a lovely area .These people are now even moving further on towards Allerton and beyond . I think you should have boarded the bus and followed him deffo. But even if you erected a big sign saying this &&&&bag is a phoney people would still give him money. Sometimes when I'm coming home from town Saturday night/Sunday morning he gets on the 86A at 5.37 am at Liverpool One with a few others everytime I'm there. They get off outside the school at the top of Smithdown. I've seen them with my own eyes. I think they live on Wendell Street. I don't think they've been here all that long tbh, maybe a year or so. That's when I first started to see them.

But something has to be done about these fake beggars, they're everywhere even in the local towns near me, Glasgow which is the closest major city, has its fair share of these fakes now. I live near Loch Lomond which is a tourism hostpot from May to October the village of Balloch is jumping with tourist & the last few yrs They've even been spotted up here, near tourist information, the Loch Cruises & Train Station, they'll be coining it in. Do you know if the ones outside McDonalds in Lord Street are fake as well? EVERY DAY (usually around 8:30am - I'll be seeing them in 1h30 eurrgh) without fail there are 1-3 people (always the same people) hovering around and asking anyone who enters Maccies for a bit of spare change. Eurrgh and I can't even eat lunch on a public bench at times without one of these people approaching me! I used to be very kind with homeless people on the streets, and I'll be looking at donating to a charity now that I'm working more in the city centre, but ffs these guys are a complete joke how they collar me outside places (they also hover around cash machines as if I'm going to give them a crisp £10 note haha). And people wonder why the government are keen on things like the Vagrancy Act - I swear that legislation is in response to these people.

I like that you call out the fake homeless, I’ve been had myself a few times but in having a bit of laugh by following him and exposing his route. You’ve possibly put a target on his back where he could potentially be harmed. Someone may watch this vid and decide to go that step further. 100% hes not homeless and a lad who sits outside Tesco told me that if they were proper homeless people then they wouldn't sit around with there sleeping bedding wrapped around them or sitting on it as this lad said his bedding is stashed away in a plastic bag hide away ready for the night time as he doesn't want it getting wet or dirty , he says anyone that's really homeless will beg just sitting down with either an old blanket around them or nothing wrapped around them? I would be very suprised if he were homeless.The two pics the one on the left has been about a bit i gave him also socks hand wipes toothpaste and brush there is another guy as well and i think they swop dogs . cheeky hardface gets.totaly not fair .to the genuine just taking from them. my friend thinks they are being forced to do it by some one and they are victims and need help if they dont take back a certain amount they get punished well im not sure if they are inoccent they can drop in the cop shop.

I wish you had taken the bus to eliminate guess work. You have no issues with stalking since you're in public filming, & you don't need anyone's permission. Finding where he lives may expose several more doing this as they usually operate in groups. Long live citizen journalism!.
