LIah i know that ive said this 100x but im going to say it again, im so proud of you for being brave and starting krave. i have really reactionary, acne prone skin and every active i tried only irritated my skin. Kale-lalu-yaha has been a game changer for my skin. I never thought i would find an active that suits me so well. Please keep doing what your doing :)

I've been fasting since I was 12 (family traditions) and I was born with a really bad kidney but omg fasting does wonders to my body it makes me so healthy and my kidney gets better and better with fasting and i barley see my Dr for checkups
