While the thoughts and opinions that I share on my channel are always genuine, I must acknowledge the direct relationship that I have to KraveBeauty. Thank you for your continued support and understanding, I would not have been able to found KraveBeauty without my #PalmPalmFam.

I don't eat dairy or carbs or junk food/sugar, I no longer get any acne or breakouts at all, although I do a lot of other things like lots of fruit/veg, skincare, washing my pillows and makeup brushes etc. I always hated dairy and carbs always bloated me though, so I other than acne they were causing my trouble anyway so I cut them out and feel much better

Thanks for the recipes. Can’t wait to try them! A little side note, steel cut oats are so much healthier and tastier than the rolled oats that you were using. I make a big pot of it on Sunday then store it in a container for a quick and easy breakfast in the morning.

Personally, the most difficult thing to avoid is carbs. I often enjoy my rice, pasta, noodles, etc.. However, I do watch my carb portions most of the time. The easiest thing I incorporate in my diet are antioxidants. Not only do I eat a bunch of vegetables and fruits daily, I drink green tea as well.

Hello! I heard that among dairy the cottage cheese is actually not gonna worsen your breakouts and you can still eat it. Is that true? Also, is honey a good alternative for sugar to add to the oatmeal?

Great tips! Just one thing: oatmeal cooked in a pan is so much better than made in the microwave and it takes only 5mins.
