    Hi Mayke, I've hip impingement, piriformis, bursitis in left hip and low back pain on right hand side , really struggling to get relief . Have done some today using tennis ball and was quite gentle easing off , mainly over glute max/ med. I'm going to do these every other day. I primarily lay on my back moving ball with my hand to different areas on both sides. My left hand side very tight, left knee high in comparison to right when sitting cross legged .

    Hi Maryke. Your videos are amazing! Can you please do a video about low hamstring tendinopathy? I am a tennis player and have been dealing with tendinopathy on both tendons that run behind the knee. I would love to hear your thoughts about it. Thank you! :-)

    I was always told to use a foam roller and it HURT!!!! Now I know why. Been following all your glute videos and have gotten much better. Was just about to start the foam roller again. Now I know not too. Thanks!

    Hello.. I was in pain for 2 years after my ankle twisted..and the pain is still going on .so i did mri it shows talar neck focal edema suggestive of contusion and mild joint effusion
