    Rich, just want to say how much I appreciate your commentary during the videos. It's helpful to hear you tell us exactly what your doing with the plane during each phase. It reminds me of my Navy flying days with the pilot announcing each configuration change as we went through the check lists.

    Rich, Great flying. Steve did a good job with the camera. I'm partial to the bubble top, since my mother was a rosie the riveter during the war and worked on the tail section of the D model.

    awesome plane. this is the same field smalls flies at. that hill creates a heck of a cross wind on the runway when the wind is blowing. looks like that plane flies very nice.

    Thanks Rich for a great demo. Very impressed with flight times. I'm setting up control throws on mine at the moment so thanks for your comment about 125% on ailerons. perhaps you could comment on whether you needed to add any elevator compensation on flaps ? Once again thanks for posting the review flight.

    Great demo guys. Very nice flying razorback - I'd be tempted if it didn't come right on the heels of the E-flite. Turbine guys are impatient! Don't see you bounce too many landings!

    Beutiful plane! I couldnt get this one this year cause they were out of stock but they had the fms p40 1400mm so i got it, and the 1500mm eflite mustang🙄. But i fell in love with the p47,s there ugly but once you fly them maaaaaan it grows on you lol! I currently have the 20 or more year old 1100mm parkzone/ums bubble top p47. She was sooo slow so i put a 2 blade prop on it. And a 50c 2200 3s bat. In it and it doubled the flite time from 4mins to 8mins. And will haul ass lol but these p47,s they just handle so good. So being so ugly they become so unique.

    Jazzman3121 I think i did in the features video...sometimes guys don't realize I'm filming... however, I for one would not want to try to fly my turbine while there's a guy Flying a foam warbird around, I would rather wait till he's done:) some people just don't think...

    Ok, I'll look through your other vids, thanks! Lol, well I'm still a nervous newbie flyer so i'm not all that keen on flying with anyone in the air. Yeah, seems like a lot of flyers don't think, judging from all the rc crash vids that are posted, lol. So much money and time spent and they can't keep themselves out of a stall from 5 ft off the ground, lol.

    Doesn’t necessarily have infinite vertical but it is actually quite aerobatic for a scale warbird🙂

    Hello RCinformer. Do you think the bird vil take a 10,000 mah 6s 25c tatoo bat. ? if you move the lipo over the CG. I have a lot of them. so it would be nice. or do you think it vill be too heavey ? Best regards Mark.

    Mark Balle it will probably carry the weight, but you may have to carve out some foam. You can probably make it work....Also, you may not want to pull to many G's with it:)

I don't work for Delta but am in charge of making sure there planes are fuel on time when they come into EWR on the evening shift. Thanks for replying don't how you fine the time to do all you do. Whats the flight time with a 5000 mAoh battery?

  • @RCINFORMER

    @RCINFORMER

    7 жыл бұрын

    Torkil80 the actual flight time of the this flight minus the taxi time was about 5 minutes and 20 seconds and I used only 2200 milliamps out of the 5,000 pack, I estimate conservatively that you can easily get seven to nine minutes of flying time out of this plane. you can probably stretch that a little farther if you are modulating the throttle well.

    Flyiing warbirds like pattern ships takes away the pleasure of watching them fly. Inverted flight? Really? OK, you know how to fly inverted. Most of us do. Did you ever see a P-47 do that except when it was crashing. Ditto four-point rolls, snaps, etc. Save it. Stick with stall turns, loops, nice Immelmann's, and low passes. A lot cooler and a lot more scale.

  • @RCINFORMER

    It's just a demo.... it's intended to show off the capabilities of the model regardless of what is scale.... Lots of people like to see the model duba new verse beyond its scale capability.... There's just no way to make everybody happy:)

    Great video, and awesome flying, but complaining about someone else at the Flying Field making noise by starting their planes engine and thus "ruining" your video is a little too precious IMHO. Everyone that is a Member of the Flying Club at that field has the right to conduct their pre-flight procedures to make their own flights safe and successful. As long as they are following the prevailing Club Rules regarding noise limits and/or gas/nitro/turbine engine use, the impact on the sound production quality of a KZread video is, in my opinion, not something a pilot can rightly complain about. Unless they are in violation of the Field Rules in some manner, I would suggest you shouldn't judge them like that. Everyone is under time pressures when it comes to getting to The Field and getting their flights in. If we all extend Courtesy to one another at The Field then our fabulous hobby will get even better. And please be clear, I'm not trying to be a jerk or call you out about it. And yes, I am just some rando on KZread, so ingore me or say I'm wrong, but acting like a gentleman is never a bad idea in this short life of ours. And again, great video, great plane, and clearly awesome flying skills. I wish for you sunny skies, light winds, and many happy landings! Cheers.
