Im concerned about the fact that he's that far up in the building and he removes his only security against falling to place it onto the next beam. if that were norway you'd have to have two. so when you move one you are still secured. and after you've moved the first one then you move the second one.

@@BustaCap AHAHAHA
From someone who knows nothing about your work (mad respect) - why are you only putting 1 bolt in for each beam? Does it have something to do with applying a torque spec to the beam/bolts afterwards?

Throw a bolt or two to hold in place and move onto the next piece. Someone comes behind and fills in the rest, more for production

Yikes. How is it safe to work under the other pieces on the crane?

Would it not have been better to put the bolt in from the top, how you gonna torque that

They're an erection aid. They get welded out after the fact.
where can I apply
How come he only has to bolt one side in and not both
First rule of steel erection. Get your end in first and watch the other guy struggle
Im concerned about the fact that he's that far up in the building and he removes his only security against falling to place it onto the next beam. if that were norway you'd have to have two. so when you move one you are still secured. and after you've moved the first one then you move the second one.

He has a second, just not using it.
