That's a Friday morning song! Last Christmas, Tommy did 24 days of new Christmas covers... so, Christmas in July... I recommend O Helga Natt (O Holy Night in Swedish) bc the performance is spectacular! And All Alone For Christmas bc it's a fun video...and you're gonna like the horns...

Dude you neex to check out Charles Berthoud on his bass. The man is a beast.

Tommy not only did a fantastic cover here (with some incredible guitar and bass playing), he also made me a Helloween fan with this one. This is not the first Helloween cover he did, he also did the song I Want Out years ago, with the band called Granskogerz (which included Kim Arvidsson, now Tommy's brother in law). It's a very fun cover (Tommy and Kim are both singing lead vocals on this one) and I highly recommend it, it's on both Tommy's and Kim's channel. Tommy and Kim did 2 more covers recently, Christmas Time by Brian Adams (that was for Tommy's 24 days of Christmas) and Jan Egeland by Ylvis.

if you check tommy's band majestica which he actually has even when he plays with sabaton you will see the drummer that you saw in the video. . can be found in the song above the sky. . awesome song

Thank you! Sometimes I feel like that when I record a few videos in a row, but good to know it doesn't seem that way!

You compared this with the TNT song it was recommended under. Both songs going full tilt from the very beginning. Tommy punching out the syllables in both songs when singing. You landed in the conclusion that this song was the better one - less repetetive. And less repetetive might be true but this song isn't as edgy as Tell No Tales. I love both songs and most people seem to love Eagle Fly Free. Very few seem to like Tell No Tales. But you do! 👍

That is fair, I definitely enjoy both songs, but when I think of which song I'd be most likely to listen to again to it would probably be Eagle.

It is a fantastic song!

Eagle Fly Free is an important song for Tommy. When he started singing at 15 a band mate said that he would be very happy when Tommy was able to sing the highest note in this song ..so it became a goal ..but not possible to achive at 15 ..Tommy succsided at 18 and and imidiatly realized that it had to sound good too 🤣 ..so he kept on practising ..and still does His own song "Above the sky" on the album with the same name (Majestica) is a tribute to halloween and this song ..or a part 2 you might say (the other people showed in this video is from the Above the sky music video) . ..It might be time to check that one out (and some other original songs from Tommy in Majestica/ReinXeed) 😇
