Hi Tatiana! My teacher was working with me on double tonguing and was concerned that my lip moves while I do it (the lower part of the upper lip right above the aperture). She said I should practice spitting sunflower seeds. I’m wondering if this is necessary or if it would even work? Is the movement in the upper lip a problem?
