Fluffy Jungle Bird Cocktail - Sprinkled with Campari Dust!

I made a Fluffy Jungle Bird Cocktail sprinkled with Campari dust. The classic Jungle Bird is a nice tropical cocktail which also has nice bitter notes from Campari. But like many cocktails on Cocktail Time this one can be twisted and served differently without taking away any of the awesomness of the original. So Fluffy Jungle Bird with sprinkled Campari dust it is! In this episode I teach you two new mixology techniques. How to make liqueur dust (in this case, dehydrated Campari9 and how to make and keep a cocktail in a fluffy, creamy form. It’s nearly summer so let's enjoy this bitter red bird together!

    Have you had Pixy Sticks before? Could be fun to see some dehydrated flavor combinations in that spirit. Blend with your magic combination of acids, and it could make for a great garnish.

    Not sure if it's intentional, but I love the small details like how Kevin's glass is exactly in the middle of his tie and the screen.     For me, it was the 3rd time i watched the video about superjuices, and it inspired me to make a go at it, ordered the citrus and malic acid, bought a smaller blender. Tried making it and it worked wonderfully, will be using this from now on. To save on money and be nice to the environment by making better use out of each fruit and thus needing less of it imported to my island nation of iceland. p.s. happy birthday Sašo

    New subscriber! Made this tonight. Very tasty!! Ended up adding 1/4 oz Campari to the mix. The original was too sweet for my tastes. Might try without the honey next time. The Campari dust was totally worth making too! Made mine in the air fryer, took about 2.5 hrs on 180f. Love the smoke too. Adds a great complexity to the whole thing. Thanks for sharing this!!

    I literally just bought a bottle of Campari to test this out with. It is worth noting that alcohol breaks down at 172 degrees Fahrenheit and even that doesn't "burn" it all off. It isn't strictly NA but is used in such small amounts that it's probably like having a glass of orange juice or something.

    My favorite is by far the clarified Gin Basil Smash, I am so obsessed with it but still didn't make it till now though. I am gonna let you know how it turned out when I finally have all ingredients together! Keep up the good work, you're inspirational!

    I love this video and all your ideas! You inspired me to try this and change it up: I swapped the Campari for Aperol and the pineapple juice for a watermelon raspberry tea. It was fantastic!! Happy birthday and here’s to many more!

    Happy Birthday! I would have to say my favorite moment, and it's hard to settle on just one, but the Rum Old Fashioned with the Cola Foam. So amazing. I've made this for family and friends and they all rave about it. I tell them that Cocktail Time is the place to go. If you're ever in the U.S., and looking for a home bar to make some new cocktails at, please let me know. I'd love to host a small event with friends who would enjoy some great food and of course, amazing cocktails.
