Made this last night and did the final proof overnight in the fridge before bringing to room temperature and then cooking. Ate it fresh out of the oven for breakfast (without the garlic butter) and it is one of the most fluffy,tasty breads I have made 🥰 Thank you so much for a great recipe

WOWW.... Good to see our 'Indian Ladi Pav' on your channel😍😍. We don't brush it with the butter garlic mix. We use this Pav (loaf) for dishes like most famous street food of Mumbai 'Wada Pav' and also for making 'Pav Bhaji" .... yummmm. Thank u for the 'Pav" recipe😍🤩😘😘

Hi Im an Indian too.. but this is not pav , which we make vadapav etc.. This is famous Garlic bread recipe. 'Pav' which we call is not restricted to India, It is called 'simple bread' where people use world wide.
