@@notmebutyou8350I’ve been at it for a little over a month, I can do the boxer skip and that’s about it for now. I’m going to try to learn toe kicking out which I think I can learn without too much trouble. I’m about 6 feet and 200lbs. Once you start doing footwork it takes some time for your knees and shins to start agreeing with you. Till then you feel pretty busted up the next day after jumping. I’m just trying to slowly cut down rest time until I don’t feel sore the next day.

Secondly, if you bothered to do some research you would then understand that he admitted to domestic violence even though he said he did nothing wrong because he didn't want to cancel his fight he had. That's his money, just as you have a job boxing is his. Like you need your money he needs his. People get arrested everyday and admit to minor offenses so they don't have to go through the hassle of hiring a lawyer and enduring a long legal process. There are innocent people that get arrested everyday. You choose to believe what you want. But, that doesn't make it a fact. The reality is the only people that know the truth are the two individuals involved. There was zero physical evidence by the way. But, you would know that if you took the time to look it up. But haters will continue to hate. Much as they did with Mike Tyson. He was found guilty of rape. I don't like Mike. However, I don't believe he raped that woman at all. It was a money grab for her and an easy target. Happens to black people all of the time.

I believe it helps build endurance. In a boxing match, you have to be able to be able to continue fighting even when fatigued. Both jumping rope and running help increase the ability to continue fighting when tired and decrease the chances of getting exhausted early on.

All of the above. Cardiovascular, rhythm is big in boxing, timing, endurance/stamina, mental focus, ...footwork, muscle (especially calves ankles and shins.) I don't even box competitively and I try to jump rope as often as I can. It just compliments boxing moreso than most other sports.

@@joys8634 fighting footwork ofc, "sports footwork" is way too subjective, subjective enough to disregard your argument about soccer players because it depends of what sport they're on,also i'd advise to stop calling names to people it's not making you assertive, just makes you sound like a jackass, also i do kickboxing and muay thai and my foot work greatly improves when i'm at a boxing gym
