Reshmi, I don't put yeast and just flour because it burst and burn like you said, use self rising flour and it will Never burst. But I also use the soaked and blend split peas. Good luck 😃 I will try your recipe with the self rising flour

Can excess batter be refridgerated for maybe the next day? 🤔
@TasteofTrini
Жыл бұрын
Yes, but you must bring it to room temperature before frying again
Hey darlings! For those asking about baking them, you can actually use a takoyaki pan or a cake pop/donut hole tin, which I'll link below. You can also scoop the batter into the oil using 2 oiled spoons or a small oiled cookie dough/ice-cream scoop. www.amazon.com/dp/B0098HKKL0/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_apa_gl_i_3GNNV5727RVG4CWW0EXF?linkCode=ml1&tag=reshmirampers-20www.amazon.com/dp/B0098HKKL0/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_apa_gl_i_3GNNV5727RVG4CWW0EXF?linkCode=ml1&tag=reshmirampers-20 www.amazon.com/dp/B00C9MRQF4/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_apa_gl_i_TH0EC68VCZPHNTYQ1EZK?linkCode=ml1&tag=reshmirampers-20

Thanks Reshmi pholourie looks well why are yu using hands to drop it in oil don't yu think yu should show other methods too like a small scoop to pick up batter pholourie is a very difficult thing to make the way yu showing that method is dangerous some one is going to get burnt they better be smart to do a safer method
@TasteofTrini
Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the message. Frying anything is dangerous. I don't own one of those scoops but I will mention that it can be used. When you use your hands, you have more control because the batter can fall off too quickly from a scoop and pitch oil on you.
Hi Reshmi, that pholourie look so yummy, my pholourie dont look so yum , but I will definitely try your recipe, thanks for sharing, stay safe and blessed.
