INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
Make Dough
Rub Some Oil
Potato Stuffing:
1 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Tbsp Onion
2 Tbsp Tomato
1 Green Onion
½ Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Cumin
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
½ tspn salt
Take Some Dough
Roll
Potato Stuffing
Fold as Shown
Cut as Shown
Flour Slurry:
3 Tbsp Flour
½ Cup Water
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min.
