INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 And ¼ Cup Water
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Oil
Let It Boil
1 Cup Suji / Semolina
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Keep Aside
Potato Stuffing:
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Tbsp Onion
2 Green Chilli
2 Tbsp Capsicum
½ Tspn Salt
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Cumin
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Knead The Dough For 2 Min.
Take Some Dough
Rub Some Oil
Roll
Cut With Cutter Or Steel Bowl
Potato Stuffing
Fold As Shown
1 Tbsp Oil
Fry In Medium Heat
Fry Both Sides Well
