Sold for $13,125,000 to our wonderful buyers. Irma did a number on the landscaping, but the property is back to stunning condition, better than ever.

I am so glad the house survived the hurricane. I can easily believe the $13 million. How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have? What was the square footage under air?

@@adriannurse1502 The current taxes (2021) were $158,310 per year, and the owners are currently listing it at a (double their profit) price of $24,000,000! *_Must_** be nice!* But hey, if you can afford *$13,152 PER MONTH/$433 PER DAY* in taxes, then you _deserve_ to double your money, right?

they asking $19,000,000 ,i'm a residential appraiser i believe worth that money,in public records show was sold in 5/20/2015 for $13,000,000
