I am familiar with some of that area apart from the Ellis one. Goodness I didn't expect that and I bet Birstall is and all the watermead area too.

Ellis Meadows is near to Abbey Pumping Station close to where John Ellis school use to be

Thanks for this, is the water level still rising? There are distinct advantages living half way up a N Wales mountain.
