Hi Bianca. Kerby’s new book is going to be called Dark Fairytales and isn’t coming out until 2025! I’m still super excited! Also the Mythogoria books aren’t that bad but I love horror so 🤷🏼‍♀️ if you like gothic check out and see if any local stored near you are carrying Colouring Heaven. The issues come out once a month with a new theme each month. I get them at Barnes and Noble or crafts stores. Some ppl find them in grocery stores. If you want to check them out they have a website where most back issues can be ordered. I love Colouring Heaven because they feature new artists I’ve never heard of, feature artists that only sell PDFs, feature multiple artists in one issue focusing on one them or just feature artists that you’re unsure of and want to sample their work before trying. I definitely recommend colouring Heaven! They have a whole issue called gothic beauties that is to die for!

I'm so happy to see you again 💖 I'm so sorry to hear about your journey, and your teeth grinding. I'm sure it has to do with the medication, yes?? I hope your insomnia gets better. I was like that with my new meds, just horrible. Sending you big hugs 💖

Yea, I can relate. It's definitely the meds sending my conditions through the roof. But I just made the dentist appt and I will be discussing getting a mouth guard to help, since I will be on these crazy meds for another 3 years. Sheesh! I can't wait to end this treatment. You stay safe!

My goodness you have been through the mill. I hope you start to see some light at the end of that particular tunnel soon. I used to grind and clench my teeth at night. My dentist made me a mouth guard. It's clear. Not sure of the material but it's kind of soft and hard at the same time. It fits like a glove on my upper teeth and when it's in place I can't clench or grind anymore. And after a few months of wearing it I had broken the habit and now I don't need to wear it and I still don't clench. I keep it on standby in case I need a top-up reminder now and then. Once you have that broken tooth removed, try and get a mouth guard made. It will do the rest of your teeth, and your sleep hygiene, a world of good.

Yes, my dentist said the same thing! I need to have a mouth guard done after the molar is removed. I'm so glad you shared this with me, 'cuz I was skeptical of the device - I mean, I already cracked a large molar, what could the mouth guard do to prevent another incident? I'll let my dentist fashion one for me then, and give it a go. Thanks. I'm glad to hear that this worked for you, because teeth grinding also causes migraines, or at least it does for me. I'm ready to get relief from all of these pesky issues. Sheesh! Take care Sue. Stay safe.

@@BiancaIris33 They work because of the material they are made from. It's really hard to describe it. But it's impossible to bite it hard. It just bounces your lower teeth back off. Think of it like punching your fist hard into a foam armchair seat cushion. The foam takes all the strength out of the punch.
