Flintlock Muzzleloaders Fort Shoot
Фильм және анимация
This is a simulated Fort shoot during the Merical Rendezvous of 2018. The shooters are Dave, Sean, Mike and Alan. The premise of the shoot is to knock down the 10 or so Brown Bison before the White one. Shooting the white Bison, before all the Brown ones are down results in a penalty of time. After the bison are down there are hostiles clutching hostages. Shooters are to engage the hostiles and not hit the hostages. Hitting hostages is also a penalty. After all hostiles are taken down, the final target is a Chief in the distance. Distances extend to nearly 70 yards for the furthest target. Targets are no bigger than 8 inches. Relax..... this is just for fun. Don't get all twisted up.

Thank you! Be sure to see the newest ones!
Keep these coming Denny. They’re works of art.
....and the guy with the percussion cap rifle had the most miss-fires.

Yes I noticed that..., he seems to be using small pistol caps.... Although I never had one fail to fire that fitted the nipple and was put on properly.....
Looks like a lot of fun!

I'm with you! Good friends, good fun, smoke and thunder! Hard to beat a weekend like that.
I was lucky enough to participate in a shoot similar to this with Sonoma Valley Muzzleloaders a few years ago. The video is great but just can't highlight how much fun this really is! *Especially if you have a left-handed shooter to the right of you!*
Well that was pretty cool to watch, I wonder why we don't do stuff like that here in Australia. Great stuff guys
That is SO cool and looks like SO much fun.
That looks like a great time!!! Excellent video!
That looks like a whole heap of fun....Sadly I am the only flintlock shooter in my area...
Love the video looks like fun fun fun. However I couldn't help but notice several (if not all) shooters just dragging their rifle stocks down top edge of the fort wall. Wouldn't this really scratch up your finishes/wood on your stocks? I know the pioneers wouldn't have cared but some of those rifles are beauties. Great video thanks for sharing.
Dobar klip pozdrav iz Serbie
Este es otro gran vídeo. A mi también me encanta disparar con mis rifles de avancarga. Saludos desde España.

That caplock Hawkins almost seems like cheating.

I just got my first flintlock, it only has a 33.5 inch barrel. Those look like 37's to 46's. In my opinion the Hawken is at disadvantage.
Who let the cap slapper in? LOL
