I’ve found a flaw with the new stand lol. If you at the range and it’s on a downslope you can’t open it up further to get it at 12. Unless I’m stupid and doing something wrong?

I have the older Mevo+ with the metallic button and I often get a static electricity shock when turning it off after done playing. Guess it’s from all the walking on the turf I have. Not sure if that’s possibly harmful for the unit but the new rubber coated button will eliminate that. Thanks for all the great videos.

If that’s the case you should use static guard on your turf. It can affect the mevo+ readings especially on putting. Thanks for watching!

What are your thoughts on the new mevo + vs r10 and new mlm2 pro. Is mevo+ more accurate. How fussy is it it terms of just open it up place it down and go. Thanks for the video.

Yeah I line up to my white dot and ignore the projector due to the centering like I mentioned. It’s also easy to verify with a short chip. Thanks for watching!

My Mevo Plus works great on E6 connect, but with GSPro, (which I just installed) it keeps on disconnecting and does not show - in plan - if not connected. This leads to many no shot pick-up.

Interesting. Something must be causing an issue. Mine works great with gspro. Make sure you don’t have a competing device like iPhone or iPad trying to connect at the same time the PC is. Also that the Pc Wi-Fi you are using us a solid adapter not trying to connect to your normal wifi, just “forget” other wifi connections not being used that were set to automatically connect.

I cant find a video explaining the environment options. Standard sea level and local weather how this affects the Readings and why. Can you make one?

I can try to put something together. It is pretty simple overall, if you want the unit to use altitude and the current weather as part of its carry algorithm, you can select that in the software you’re using. Most people when playing indoors just leave at sea level with no wind but when you’re outside or maybe you want to see how temperature has an effect on carry distance it’s really cool how you can change the different options.

That is actually probably to adjust the hitting zone. I try to line of and level my unit rather than use any of those adjustments.

Question on the mevo plus. How does it perform when using at an indoor range (max 100 yards of flight). Would you want to use the full flight or limited flight mode?

I would test both ways. You potentially could use outdoor mode, depending on how much flight because this is a limited flight radar. Flights go, however, doesn’t release the data showing how many yards of tracks the ball before it knows it calculation

What are the specs of Impact Light? And any link from where I can buy it?

Yes. 2023 comes with FS Golf and E6 for iOS and PC.

Can you do a video with gs pro on the mevo plus 2023 edition with pro package and impact not sure if you’ve already done this I would love to see how it shows impact on gs pro also do you have a flightscope x3 do you have any videos golfing on gs pro or golf club 2019 with x3?

Would also love to see the impact and pro package stuff on the golf club 2019 as well as I want to buy both, is there a difference in data between the mevo plus 2023 pro package with impact location vs on the x3 would love to see that also as I don’t see that anywhere on KZread. I am trying to decide if I want to buy the mevo plus with all the bells and whistles now or if I just want to wait for the x3 your video results would help. I also may buy both start with the mevo plus then save for the x3 if it shows good data thanks!!

Nice! So first off thanks for watching! Ball wear and tear will depend on the user. Lots of wedges can tear up balls pretty fast and you do not want to use badly scuffed balls on your screen to prevent faster wear, it's either more balls or more screens though so it's just like brake pads, it's inevitable. I tend to use a single RCT for like 3 rounds maybe less all depending practice as well. Here is the fact, how many rounds do you play with a ball outdoors? You can't loose them indoors (well I hope not lol) so you are hitting the crap out of them and they are hitting a screen too, so just kind of the cost of playing is how I look at it.

I have not verified if that is possible, but I am happy to ask my contacts to see if that is possible. Keep in mind a very simple solution is a external batter pack like this one for $25 you get 10,000 mah! That is a long time of use! amzn.to/3zk9ugJ

Flightscope likes to say to not use any other external battery’s so you don’t damage the system etc… was wondering your thoughts on the power bank idea for longer range session outdoors and if it matter what MaH you get, brand, etc… and also wondering how long you think a 10,000 mah bank would add to a memo battery. Love the videos and appreciate all that you do :)

could you do a video on out door setup as we are not on flat ground at my course it could slope from left to right or back to front victor

@@mntlblok I did not get a video, even though I did do quite a bit of testing with various units outdoors this summer. I tried to honestly take a little break to enjoy golf with friends and family this summer, but I am not back to it! I will see if I can sneak out weather pending soon or during a warm trip.

@@mntlblok You are suppose to be level, but they do have have a tee height setting but I thought it was only for positive (device below ball) but I may be wrong. If it is minimal and you are at 12, I doubt there would be an issue.

Not quite sure what you mean. If you are trying to use one wifi adapter for mevo+ connection and internet, you can’t. You would need to have a second Wi-Fi adapter.

What kind of golf mat is that in your enclosure?

I believe that is correct. We've also found that the Mevo+ doesn't play all that nicely with our Android phones. Led us to finally become owners of our first iPad. Just now starting to figure out this E6 stuff. Their online owner's manual seems to be very well written, matching up lots of nice screen shots with the instructions. Still have no idea how to deal with putting, though. . . Actually, I've only read through all the comments here, so far. Maybe actually watching his video will educate me on same. 🙂 Of to do that very thing.

Also do you have any recommendations I'm having a big problem with the spin numbers with my driver and also the height of my shots with the driver it's reading my peak height with the driver is 200ft but full shots with my lob wedge are half of that all the numbers are spot on with my whole bag except for the driver thanks.

@@brandon1025 Yes, you can use pro package and face impact along with the most recent firmware and fusion tracking. My driver spin is actually really solid with both units, I have only hit a few on the new one as I literally just did the unboxing. I think using a RCT is great and making sure you have the 8ft unit to ball ( I am actually 7ft) and at least 8ft of flight, I have 10ft. What is the spin you are seeing vs what you expect to see?

@Golf Simulator Videos current set up is 12ft ball flight and 10ft unit 2 ball currnt spin rate on mevo + is 3400 sometimes higher but the height of driver shots is what's hurting me average swing speed is 114 and I'm lucky if it carries 260 because its 200ft plus in the air on course my driver height is no where near that high. Also using prov1x rct with mevo plus

Don't think your alignment procedure is correct. The line needs to go through both the center of the ball and the center of the impact screen. If the line does not go through the center of the impact screen, anything that references the horizontal origin (HLA, Club path, Face angle, etc.), will not be correct. The FS Golf PC software having an off center alignment image is absurdly bad user interface design in my opinion. Overall M+ is great

If you’re using the screen that has the offset menu it will be way off. I center my alignment dot right in front of my screen and it’s bang on. It’s all correct
