The number of build videos I have watched is frankly insane. There are many great builders out there, some established and some just finding their groove. That said, the one fact I take away from my experience is: Mr. Fletcher has the best hands in this business. He cuts no corners (except the wooden ones) and the end result is perfection. I can't say enough about his craft. Dying to see the "LP Jr" build. I hope to commission one of those sea-foam green Tele's in the near future! SHWEET!

Before you go the refinish route - Clear super glue can actually be scrapped back with a razor blade. Support the blade either side with some tape, just leaving a gap in the middle that will level off any high spots on the glue. You can then try to wetsand it into the surrounding area and buff with compound. Worth a try.. Good Luck

Wow you do it all eh? Great stuff so far. I bet you would know the answer to a question I can't find out. I have a black satin finished gtr but the spot under the high e between the pick ups that area is now polished from playing & the back of the neck is now polished from playing how could I get it back to the original finish? It's not really rare but it's a great playing gtr & stays in tune period any advice I would appreciate.

Dave, I really enjoy the videos. I wish that I had room for a shop to set things up. Right now, I take a chance on buying an Ebay body and hope for a day when the humidity is low...Here is a question for you. My Grandson doused my Epiphone Dot Neck with super glue. I have some acetone but feel that using it to remove the glue will destroy the original finish? The peg head is black and the decal is contaminated, as is the back of the neck. Think I am looking at a refinish? Thoughts? Thanks
