@Infacti interesting take! but the friend didn't seem mocking or mean spirited at all, at least imo. it's like when u've become familiar with people long enough that they can poke at ur idiosyncrasies. it didn't seem that they were laughing at her, but more of "with her" if that makes sense. plus the "i know.." & "the universe is so powerful" stuff are supposed to be affirming and a thematic detail since the album generally hinges on beliefs relating to astrology, rebirth, and fate :))

if you look at the most viewed graph along the progress bar of the video, you will see actually most of the views skip the dialogue part and go straight into where the music actually start. People actually DON'T like the dialogue part.

Let’s just all appreciate that twigs always deliver. she gives us THE ART, THE EXPERIENCE and THE CREATIVITY. ❤️😭

god the instrumental and her vocals are so heavenly. the progression of the arrangement has me on the edge of my seat, she and her team are always throwing in the most unique and ethereal elements throughout her music and i absolutely love it. this song really touches my soul and fills me with some kind of profound happiness that's hard to put into words... twigs is truly the icon and the moment.

raw, emotive. i even teared up. the lyrics hit differently through personal retrospect.

My feelings exactly. From day one, all of her songs (and the meticulous symbolic details of her videos) are these mirrors and encapsulations of my experiences very particularly, in very uniquely nuanced ways. Her music is a chariot, a vehicle for me to ride into my trauma safely, like riding into the battle within, for victory. I honor twigs as a Priestess.

I was high in the shower listening to this song wishing I had a meta angel. Then I realized I was my own meta angel. Super empowering. (almost like the "rockstar's girlfriend"/"The rockstar girlfriend" on Which Way) I hope Twigs never stops making music. She is such a beautiful human being.
