It''s great..i have Makita N1923B, the new version of 1923B. Now, i dont hv to worry about fixing mine. Thanks for sharing the video.
Thanks Dean ! Today I bought an old N1923B for only € 30,00, blades were rubbish so I had to had to buy new ones. Still a lot cheaper than a new one ad. € 240,00. Your model is a bit different than mine. It's got a aluminium side plate on the belt side instead of plastic. Video still is very informative so thanks!
Those bearings sound nice and dry
Great to see someone fix and not throw away these. Do you happen to know the bearing types/sizes for drum and rotor? Got a 1923H with a bad drum bearing and would like to order spares before disassembly. Replacements are around 7€ each which sounds too pricy just for the Makita Logo on the packaging... Thank you
