Fixing Starters and evicting rats! 454 big block squarebody Suburban
I decided to give the starter motor on my Suburban a bit of love as its been having some issues lately of occasionally not starting when the engine is hot. Turned out I found a rat had been starting to make a nest in the engine bay - turns out theres more to a rat motor than just 454 cubic inches!

I seen the little bastard in the shed last night, he’s not eating the baits!
Onya man, bit of a nuisance when those things get into ya engine bay, one chewed thru the main loom going into between the engine bay and behind the dash, copper was chewed and the rubber was gone. Ffs

Oh that sucks. I’ve started leaving the bonnet up when I’m away at work now, seems to have taken away the hiding spot
