OMG genius! I've been struggling, but this did the trick. I'm a former pianist and violist as well; my dad swears I ruin things like doorknobs and handles due to strength. 😂 TYSM!

Try breathing on you finger tip. It improves the conductivity that the air fryer is looking for.

Thank you......Moisten your finger with a wet paper towel may also do the trick. That's what I have been doing.
