Ok so how much and how do I get this set up?

do they make it for the pro xp4?? just put 35's on her and i need some help.. and theres only like two choices out there.

Yes they will have it for the pro xp. They had the old style ready for the pro but need to update to the bigger ram now. Shouldn’t be too far away

21 xpt 2 seater. What are the reduction options? Ive heard 33% or 54%. But also been told the 21s are already lower than the 20s in high and reverse. Can you clear this up with me. Thanks really enjoy your videos.

Yea high and reverse are a little lower. You could do 12/12/12, 21 low only, 53/12/12, 24/12/12, 66/25/25, 79/38/38 inside the transmission. Keep it mind these %’s are not 100% accurate just going by what everyone has evolved to calling them. But they’re all in the ballpark

Two full turns lock to lock but this ram has more stroke than oem rack. Had to get 1/2” more offset wheel to get the tire out of the forward a-arm. We opted for the slowest flowing orbital for a better control in the rocks.

@@CrashCitySxS sweet. I drove one that was like 1 turn lock to lock or faster and if was crazy. Extremely powerful though

That’d be too fast for my liking lol. I guess it’d kinda be like gaming back in the day. I always liked a slow controller vs turning up the speed and sensitivity.

Not really what I meant to lead you to that conclusion. The ST rack has been the ONLY steering rack that amber has not been able to bend. It is in almost the same condition after two years of beating on it as it was when we got it brand new. Her eps has always seemed problematic to us from the time it was brand new. It got worse within the last year. Speculating if the rigidness of her buggy along with the strength of the rack sent some shock up through the steering system to finish it off. Pure speculation. If someone can’t afford the hydro steer kit then next best option is the shock therapy rack. It has done a terrific job in the buggy for a steering rack. I’m gonna put it on my rzr that has no eps issues and we’ll see what happens next!

Just keep watching. We try to always discuss what’s working and not working on our rides. We had a guy tell us to try some rubber washers-pretty thin-between the rack and the frame and also between the eps and the mount for it. He had just done that to his buggy to try and see if that helps. I’m planning on trying that on mine when we put it in. How thick? I couldn’t tell ya. Just gonna try some different thicknesses and see what what still squishes tight and doesn’t allow any movement. If that makes sense…

The charging system keeps up with the demand?

Yes sir. Worst voltage drop is continuing to steer into at at lock or against an immovable object is down to 12.4. Normal use stays above 13. Now I honestly can’t say if you’re running lights whips big stereo what the voltage does. But when she was winching and steering on voltage was still good to go

@@CrashCitySxS thank you for the info. I’ve been watching waiting on your report on the setup. I run full hydro on my can am based buggy and love it. This kit is ideal cost wise for razor machines and buddy with portals is in need of this bad. Do you have a contact for them I can send to him for ordering? The can am charging system is a joke and I built a similar setup to yours for my buggy but the system just would not stay charged and lost power to the ecu shutting the engine down after limp mode triggered.

Ya we’ve seen the canam electrical system is very messed up. Headache to work on. But they’re fast lol!
