Could you do a video like this for the front and back corssover in a longer video? Could you please introduce the direction of pushing, and where in the foot we push in details? Thank you so so much! Your videos are so amazing.

Always keep the weight across your whole foot. Try putting pressure on your heel and make sure it doesn’t go over to your toes or you will start to lean forwards and fall

Self learning in the uk, was going to start crossovers last Tuesday but well I’ve reinjured my knee (did similar Christmas Eve - potential torn acl and meniscus) braces made it possible to learn while rehabilitating so🤞🏻🤞🏻 for the braces this week!!! Been following you guys for a while and taking advice!
