To be truly prepared for what we face on a dirt bike eg high force, high velocity impacts & muscular contractions, we need to able to produce force & move loads to & from these positions aka STRENGTH TRAINING!
If you race dirt bikes, you need to be aware that body weight movements alone, are no where near enough to prepare you for the real demands we face riding dirt bikes.
