Does this also work when you're still in the middle of setting up the laptop. I bought a new laptop and I've setting it up but the windows screen has been there for hours. I turned it off and on again but it makes me do the basic set up steps again. I've commented on multiple videos now and idk what to do

@@abasicplayer9330 try reseting your computer overall, faulty drivers may cause the issue sometimes, and you cant even claim the warranty, as its a software issue.

What to do if the Windows logo never appears? Black screen persists for hours. Windows 10 update led to this issue. Everything was fine until Windows update began.

Hi, wondering if you could help? I’ve done these steps but unfortunately it’s not bringing that message up. Just keeps showing the logo and staying on that screen. I did a hard reset and now it won’t go past the logo screen
