To the people who tried all of the tips and no success: Yay! I just brought my phone to a REPAIR PLACE and had my microphone replaced. After 70.00 (and not having to replace the phone), I can now make a call and people can hear me. I have a prepaid Verizon Samsung A12. Ring any bells?😊

Problems with a brand new A54. Pretty sad that you can't expect a phone to work properly. BRAND NEW, why would I stick anything in the microphone to clean it out? How many people use their phone to dig in the dirt or scrape dough on a coumtertop????

How did you clean out your mic? I used the lil pin it showed? & cleaned inside? I didn't push it too far cause it said on the video not to? How much is too.much?

@@myrnachavez9652 I took a safety pin and pushed in with light pressure. I kept moving the pin till the graphite chunk came out. I advise u to push it as far as can but with super light pressure

Have always had issues with Sumsung calls. The sound isn't loud enough; can't respond to a call; the caller can't hear me (latest problem). I just hope all these software updates are helping rather than hindering.

The code did not work for my phone. I wear hearing aids and I connected my hearing aids to my Bluetooth. I can hear who ever I'm talking to , but they cannot hear me when I answer. Thanks anyway

I wasn't able to access that menu using the code, so I vacuumed the microphone slot. Then I downloaded samsung members off the play store, went to phone diagnostic, and tested out the speaker and microphone. Seems to work now.
