So what does the headphone icon look like, because on my android, I don't see it. If I have to do a factory restart, as a last resort then.. I hear everything, notifications, gaming, ECT. But the phone speaker started being a pain, first it would not let me use speaker. Then I had to use speaker or I could not hear who I was calling. Now I cant hear anyone I dial, just nothing speaker on or off. Turning mute on and off does nothing as well.

I have a Samsung a12 phone and when I call people they can't hear me and I don't know how to fix it

To Lenz: Will the factory setting erase all of the "contacts" list? I want to keep these.

I really I really think that these phones need to be investigated because there is someone on my phone I can't seem to keep nothing on my phone I can't seem to keep my contact on my phone so every time my phone turns when it wants it gets the station when it wants I always keep seeing tiktok on my phone they need to be investigated
