6:25 i think he was trying to fake a late b execute and it actually worked. Look at radar and watch the mid player rotate to b and A rotator to mid. it opened up the entire A site which is kinda hilarious

question: Should we counter strafe + crouch, or is peeking and crouching enough?

bro it depends, if you're peeking close/you know where they are then crouch as you're peeking, else just counter strafe, stop, counter strafe, stop (play prefire maps)

Exactly, crouching cancels inaccuracy so you can use it

I have noticed this as well in my recent games. Used to be level 8 on faceit 2-3 years ago (before I stopped playing and came back to play cs2), and now reaching level 7 I can't believe the decrease in skill in the higher-ish levels(7-8). Constant trends include as shown in the video: walk peeking, terrible utility usage, bad movement, no awareness or understanding of concepts of the game such as map control and trade killing. I really do hope it gets better at level 10 because current games are not rarely enjoyable. My two theories for this occurrence are: 1. Elo inflation, which leads to a lot of players getting to be level 10 but the skill gaps between players in level 10 are bigger 2. Due to the release of CS2 and it's rise in popularity, opportunities for account selling appeared, and there are a lot of people are misplaced from the level they deserve to be in Either way faceit grind to level 10 is not a very fun experience.
