1. Remove all loose rust and cover everything with Por-15
2. Punch lip into the fender
3. Cut the new fender down to the size of the hole
4. Prep the new fender for gluing
5. Glue and clamp the new fender
6. Once the glue is hardened, remove the clamps and cut off excess glue and sand with sandpaper
7. Bondo
8. Sand and fair, smooth
9. Primer
10. Heavy texture chip guard
11. Color basecoat
12. Clearcoat
