@Kiev_Z The solution to that is press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and it should show you to like this blue page, so when your on that press the power symbol and then press the restart button. That was the solution for the black screen with browser bug. I do not know how to fix that other issue since i have the same problem.

Try to disable your startup apps.....u can find this in task manager

I already did this. it still doesn't work for some reason. Every time I click on a file like an app or something it stops working. it just stays loading. but it works fine if I click anywhere else like the desktop or folders. How do I fix it? I deleted all of the context menu handlers that people told me to delete but it's still not working. Can somebody please help me?
