I suffered with migraines for 40 years and then they all of a sudden stopped. They used to make me sick to my stomach they were so bad. I would take a massager and put it on the back of my neck.

Headaches. The webbed bit of skin in between your thumb and forefinger. There is a pressure point there. With your other thumb and forefinger, find it and pinch it as hard as you can for as long as you can. You know when you find it as it really hurts. Do this for just a minute or two and the headache will go. All the best.👍🏾🇬🇧😉

I find that placing a wet face cloth over my nose and breathing through it also help. Generally the cool wet face cloth on the forehead helps, but I need to breathe in more moisture. My headaches seem to be trigger by a change in the weather turning dry very quickly and changes in atmospheric pressure. I had a boyfriend who used to shave his hair off every time he got a headache. He said it helped!

You guy always provide really great advice. For me, these are what work: 1. Hydrate immediately, as dehydration often triggers headaches. 💧 2. Practice deep breathing exercises to relax muscles and increase oxygen flow. 🧘‍♂ 3. Massage your temples and neck gently to ease tension. 👐 4. Apply a warm or cold compress to your forehead or the back of your neck. 🧊 5. Rest in a quiet, dark room to reduce sensory stimulation. 😴 6. Stretch your neck and shoulders to relieve muscle tightness. 🤸 If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional for further advice. 🩺

100 % spot on like some say not so much for hormonal headaches but they do work for any headache that's not hormonal. I'm very good hot shower with the massaging shower head will also work to relieve a lot of the pain and what I also use is a little hand massager that vibrates and I will just rub that all over my head everywhere and it takes it away a lot quicker than medication would. And there was also one day that I had a really bad headache I didn't want to do anything I was at a party when I started getting this well I guess my friends didn't realize how bad headaches felt anyhow they tried throwing me in the bathtub and I thought so hard for them not to get me through that door lol I got my blood pumping that's what took my headache away so exercise if that's what you want to call it or have somebody Force throw you in a bathtub of water lmao. But not a lot of people want to exercise cuz they're in so much pain they just want to lay there and do nothing so take a hot shower grab your head massager one that vibrates helps a lot Homedics are the ones that I use. Play Bob and Brad are 100% on the areas they are talking about had I known this a while ago it would have helped me a lot in my younger years but I was too focused on popping a Tylenol or taking an aspirin or Advil or a hot shower and just laying there until it decided to go away little did I know of massaging those areas of your head would take it away that is until my aunt's friend decided to massage my head one day and it was gone in less than 5 minutes

@meedwards5 no not click bait... they are 100% correct take it from somebody that has grown up with headaches since they were 18 I'm now 52 and they are 100% spot on. No they don't always work for hormonal headaches but it will help relieve some of the pain also hot showers with a good massaging shower head I did have to take Imitrex for those hormonal headaches but the headaches they're talking about they are 100% spot on with where they're talking about massaging the head I've been doing it for years and it works every single time I even bought a handheld massager that vibrates nothing big but nothing too small and I go all over my head with it in the areas that they just talked about and it works every time. I used to constantly take Tylenol ibuprofen all kinds of crap to try to get rid of my headaches aspirin whatever the case may be your desperate you know so you try to take whatever you can take until one day my aunt's friend who is a massage therapist massage the back of my head and then like I want to say less than 5 minutes my headache was gone and it was so bad I really didn't want to go to my nephew's birthday party but I was promised a massage so I went and I was glad I did because that is what I discovered massaging your head everywhere will take the pain away faster than some medication will
