Firstly thanks a lot for the video. Last option i deleted the Google Chrome and tried to re-download it but this time Microsoft Edge is not responding so i can't download chrome and i can't use Edge too , i am not able to anything on my computer, please help!

I can only recommend you to do a Reset Procedure, to reset your Computer. Sounds like you have a virus infection going on.
In my pc don't work opera and chrome same problem in bouth.
I have tried about 6 different videos trying to open Chrome on my Windows 11 PC. I was trying your solution, but when I right clicked on Chrome and tried to go to Properties to allow Run As Administrator, it says, "The name "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" specified in the target box is not valid. "

@@ilanahmed5755 Nope. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled. I am running Firefox instead.

None of these worked
