It worked eventually but had to do a couple of tries. I'm using iPhone 6s. I used the iTunes method, first I got the 4010 error, then the 9 error I kept on trying to restore until eventually it worked. I think its the cable that was faulty but it eventually worked with the same cable felt like giving up but I'm glad I did not. Oh I had to switch off my firewall too on my pc to get rid of the 4010 error

Just keep doing the force restart I was about to give up. it took me about 10 times for it to show up on iTunes

Press your home button and the power button and keep on pressing them until your iPhone restart and let go both buttons.

Follow the video or do a factory reset but you will loose everything.

It could be that you ran out of storage and when you try to reboot or restore it will stuck on Apple Logo forever and there's no fix for it.
